Sets #1+2+3 – 2 Reps @ 70%

3 Sets of the Complex: Jerk Drive + Split Jerk
Set #1 – 1 Complex @ 75%, Set #2 – 1 Complex @ 80% , Set #3 – 1 Complex @ 82%.

5 Sets of 1: Split Jerk
Rest as needed between sets, but aim to keep it to 2:00 or less.
Set #1 – 1 Rep @ 85%, Set #2 – 1 Rep @ 87%, Sets #3+4+5 – 1 Rep @ 90%
